Support Groups

You are not alone on your parenthood journey.

Pregnancy, childbirth, and new parenthood can be both joyful and challenging experiences. Emotional well-being is just as important as physical health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Support groups can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and social isolation. These groups provide professional knowledge, connection, community, coping strategies, and opportunities for parents to build confidence as they navigate this season of life.

The groups are led by an experienced facilitator who who will guide discussions based on the needs and interests of the group. Our facilitator is a certified birth and postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor, and mother of eleven.

Support groups are free and no advance registration is required. Simply show up on the day and time of the group you would like to attend.

To help participants feel comfortable sharing openly, Tree House Family Resources will be closed to the public during support group sessions, providing a private and welcoming environment.
