Program Overview

Side By Side is a free in-home family support program for parents and caregivers of children from birth to Kindergarten entry. We believe parents are a child's first and most important teachers.

Our program offers peer-to-peer collaboration. A parent educator meets you right where you are to support you through your child's early years. Every session is designed to turn your daily routines into rich learning opportunities, ensuring your child builds a strong foundation for lifelong success. Our visits are about supporting you.

If having visitors over feels like added pressure as we get started, we can easily meet at a café, the park, a library, or our indoor playground instead.

Participants also receive a free membership to the Tree House Indoor Playground.

Our Curriculum

We use the Parents as Teachers: Born to Learn curriculum. This research-based program helps you turn daily routines into practical, everyday parenting strategies and learning opportunities that prepare your child for school success.

Why “Side By Side”?

We do not come into your home as rigid experts to lecture you. Instead, we walk Side by Side with you. Together, we understand your child's behavior and developmental needs and build your confidence to support your child's growth from their first steps to kindergarten.
