Parent Education & Workshops

Tree House Family Resources offers helpful workshops and programs for families to learn about parenting topics that matter to you. Topic areas may include child development, early learning, healthy eating, positive discipline, communication, stress management, and more.

Learning Together

Parents learn new skills, share experiences, and get support in a welcoming space. Workshops are led by trained professionals and are designed to strengthen families and build confidence. All families with any age child are welcome to join.

Pop-Up Parenting:

With a different topic each month, Pop-Up Parenting offers practical parenting advice in a flexible, drop-in format during a two-hour open-play session. You can arrive anytime, stay as long as you like, and enjoy a brief 10–15 minute expert presentation that repeats throughout the event. Meanwhile, children through age 4 can play for free while parents learn!

With plenty of opportunities to ask individual questions, connect with local experts, and take home helpful resources, Pop-Up Parenting makes it easy to get practical support without the commitment of a traditional class.

Parenting Workshops:

Discover tips, tools, and information to support a strong family and healthy child development. Parenting Workshops take a deeper dive into important parenting topics through traditional 1–2 hour classes, offered as a single session or a series. Come learn, ask questions, and gain practical strategies you can put to use at home.

Dads’ Parenting Toolbox:

Discover the difference Dad makes when he is supported by other dads. Join other dads in programs designed just for you.

One-on-One Education and Support:

Available for families on important child safety topics like car seat installation, infant safe sleep practices, and other child development areas.
